Happy #DapperMonday!! This week’s focus is on my trip to Port Washington, Wisconsin with Allen Edmonds! This trip was amazing because we had the opportunity to have a cool rental car (Cadillac), stayed in an amazing bed and breakfast hotel (The Port Hotel), and the best part of the trip was meeting the CEO and the rest of the Allen Edmonds' team when we had a tour of their factory where they make 2,500+ shoes everyday!! I will keep this blog post short because I believe the pictures speak louder than words.

I will leave you with two amazing reasons why you should invest in a pair of Allen Edmonds. First, Allen Edmonds is all about fit. They have a larger selection than any other dress shoe brand to my knowledge, which adds up to be over 100+ different sizes (size 6 to 16 and narrow AAA to wide EEE). Second, Allen Edmonds has a recrafting program. When your shoes are a few years old and they need a new sole and a shine, you can send them back to the company through the recrafting program. This program has 38 steps that will bring your old shoes back to life and leave them looking brand new. Gents, buying shoes is a huge investment. You would rather spend a few extra chips to get a pair thats fits well and is durable than buying a cheap pair that will run down easily. Well that is all I have this week, please let me know any Allen Edmonds stories you may have below and make sure to check them out if you haven't yet!!

Happy #DapperHumpDay!! This weeks focus is on my new three piece flannel suit from Indochino!! I teamed up with fellow influencer, @samwhiteout, to show you guys multiple ways to mix and match different pieces from Indochino.  I went with a brown flannel suit as a base and switched up the game with the green corduroy vest. I also added burgundy accents on the button holes on the lapel and and sleeves. I would style this look three different ways; 1. Full 3 piece (suit and vest combo) 2. Lose the jacket and just wear the vest 3. Lose the vest and just go with the full suit by itself. Well thats all for now, let me know your thoughts on this look and go check out Indochino for your fall / winter needs!!

Happy #DapperMonday!! As you may know already I am giving out Summer Tips every week and this week we are focusing on two things this week; my window pane vest and wide brim straw hat. With the weather being so amazing lately I thought is would be perfect to pull out a vest and switch up the game really quick.  The wide brim straw hat helps me channel my inner Al Capone. To finish off the outfit I added suede double monks to add a little texture. With only a few weeks left in summer make sure you take advantage of wearing a vest / wide brim straw hat!

Happy #DapperTuesday!! Today I am giving out more summer tips! Todays focus is how to sport a three piece suit in three simples steps.  Step 1: Go all out by wearing a cufflink shirt, this adds swagger and a more refined attitude to the look. Step 2: Mismatch the vest and suit, this shows the versatility of your style and adds more character. Step 3: Its all about the shoes, shoes are always a statement piece. As you can see here I chose to go with ox blood loafers to elevate my suit game. So this leads us to Summer Tip #5 – Add a vest to your suit!

Happy #DapperMonday !! This post is very special because not only did we timely incorporate the Kentucky Derby twist, but it’s our first collaboration outside of NYC..WSP is going national my friends!! I hit Chi town this weekend and teamed up with @fancynancista and The Drumbar Rooftop at the Rafaello Hotel right off Michigan Avenue. I made sure to pull out all of the stops for you guys with the quintessential straw derby hat and the accompanying vest. Also, I decided to go with the most popular tie right now, the air tie. Let me know what you wore for the derby below and what part of the outfit you liked the best!!
